Welcome to ATS Dental Clinic (“ATS Dental”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website [www.atsdentalclinic.com] (“Website”), mobile applications (“App”), and dental healthcare services offered at our clinics and partner clinics (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Website, App, or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies made available from time to time. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Applicability of Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Patients, their family members, representatives, or attendants.
- Visitors and registered users of the Website or App.
You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use our Website, App, or Services. By registering or using our Services, you confirm that you are legally eligible and authorized to enter into this Agreement.
2. Products and Services
- “Services” mean all dental care, diagnostic, preventive, and treatment services provided by ATS Dental and its qualified team of doctors.
- “Products” include dental appliances, prosthetics, aligners, crowns, implants, and other materials used in treatments at our clinics.
3. Appointments & Bookings
- While we make every effort to confirm appointments requested via our Website, App, or Whatsup,Whatsup business,Practo,Bajaj health, call, other third-party apps we cannot guarantee availability.
- ATS Dental reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel appointments due to unforeseen clinical or operational reasons,consultant unavailability,Natural calamities,war,Emergency Lockdown,Personal Reasons.
4. Online Payments
- You may pay for certain Services through secure third-party payment gateways integrated on our Website or App.
- ATS Dental shall not be liable for payment failures, delays, or technical errors on the part of the bank, payment gateway, or your service provider.
- Transactions will be governed by the third-party payment gateway’s terms and conditions.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

- Wrong or duplicate payment credited to ATS Dental.
- Cancellation of prepaid appointments with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
- Change in medical condition making the patient unsuitable for the treatment (with medical proof).
Refund Process & Mode:
- Refunds may be given either via direct bank transfer or as ATS Dental Credit (usable for future treatments within 12 months).
- Written refund requests must be sent to atsdentalclinic@gmail.com within 6 months of the original treatment date.
- Refunds are processed within 15–30 working days after review by our Quality Team.
- Certain non-refundable items include: consultations, X-rays, diagnostic procedures, membership fees, completed lab work, and partially completed treatments.
Mandatory Deductions:
- Aligners cancellation: ₹10,000
- Implant/Orthodontic treatment cancellation: ₹5,000
- Other treatments: ₹3,000
- Digital scan: ₹2,500
6. Re-treatment Policy
ATS Dental strives for the highest standards of care. In rare cases where outcomes are unsatisfactory due to clinical factors:
- Re-treatment may be offered within 6 months of the original procedure.
- Patients must have complied with all follow-ups, instructions, and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Re-treatment does not apply if the patient sought care from another provider, missed scheduled visits, or failed to follow medical advice.
- Re-treatment covers the charges of lab works if exceeds 6 months from the date of insertion or cementation like Dentures, Crowns and Bridge, Dental Implant crowns, All type of Retainers.
7. Use of Website & App
- The Website and App are intended for patient convenience and informational purposes only.
- Features such as treatment log tracking, image uploads, or progress updates are not substitutes for in-person consultations.
- ATS Dental is not liable for inaccuracies arising from user-input data on the App.
- We are not responsible for Data theft from Third party apps like Practo, Bajaj health, etc.
8. Management Rights
- ATS Dental reserves the right to reject any refund or retreatment request if false information is provided or if attempts are made to defame the clinic or its doctors.
- All decisions made by the ATS Dental management regarding refunds or retreatments shall be final and binding.
9. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, App, or Services if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
- Information provided by you cannot be verified or is found to be false.
Upon termination, your account, data, and access rights will be revoked.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
- All information provided on our Website and App is for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical advice or a substitute for professional consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Medical outcomes vary based on patient health, compliance, and biological factors. ATS Dental does not guarantee specific results from treatments.
- We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or inaccuracies on third-party platforms.
- Dental treatments and outcomes vary from person to person depending on age, oral health condition, medical history, lifestyle, and response to treatment. No guarantee of specific results is made or implied.
- Images, videos, testimonials, and before/after cases displayed are illustrative in nature and may not represent the exact results for every patient.
- Advertised product prices and treatment costs are indicative starting prices only and are subject to change based on individual cases, materials chosen, and clinical requirements.
- The clinic, its doctors, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from reliance on information published on this website or other platforms.
- Patients are strongly advised to consult with our qualified dental specialists for a personalized treatment plan before making any medical or financial decisions.
- Emergency situations, complications, or rare adverse outcomes may occur despite best practices. By proceeding with treatment, patients acknowledge awareness of these risks.
11. Limitation of Liability
ATS Dental shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of our Services.
- Payment or service delays beyond our control.
- Loss of data or technical interruptions while using the Website/App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATS Dental, its doctors, staff, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from:
- Violation of these Terms,
- Misuse of our Website/App, or
- Non-compliance with treatment plans.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in

- All treatments, services, and products advertised by ATS Dental Clinic are subject to individual patient needs, oral health conditions, and professional evaluation by our dentists.
- Prices mentioned on our website, advertisements, or promotional materials are indicative starting prices only. The final cost may vary depending on:
- Complexity of the case
- Individual oral health condition
- Type of materials, technology, or products used
- Duration and number of visits required
- Any additional procedures recommended for optimal results
- Treatment plans and costs are discussed in detail after a clinical examination, diagnostic tests, and consultation with our dental specialists.
- The clinic reserves the right to update or modify pricing, offers, and services at any time without prior notice.
- No advertisement or promotion shall be interpreted as a fixed or binding offer.
- Patients are encouraged to request a written treatment estimate during consultation for transparency.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or as required by applicable laws.
15. Consent for Treatment
- Prior to beginning any dental treatment, patients (or their legal guardian, in the case of minors) will be required to sign a written informed consent form.
- The consent form will explain:
- The nature and purpose of the proposed treatment.
- Possible risks, complications, and side effects associated with the procedure.
- Alternative treatment options available, including the choice of no treatment.
- Estimated costs and the financial responsibilities of the patient.
- Signing the consent form indicates that the patient has had the opportunity to ask questions, has received adequate explanations, and voluntarily agrees to proceed with the treatment.
- In cases where treatments extend over multiple sessions (e.g., orthodontics, implants, root canal therapy), periodic or updated consents may be obtained.
- Emergency treatments may be rendered without prior written consent if immediate action is required to prevent serious harm, and the patient/guardian is unavailable to provide consent.
- Consent forms are confidential medical-legal documents and will be securely maintained in the patient’s records by ATS Dental Clinic
16. Consent & Defamation Clause
By signing this consent form, I confirm that:
- I am in a mentally and physically stable condition to understand, evaluate, and provide informed consent for the dental treatment(s) recommended by ATS Dental Clinic and its doctors.
- I understand that ATS Dental Clinic and its doctors are committed to providing professional and ethical dental care.
- I will not engage in false, malicious, or defamatory statements against ATS Dental Clinic or its doctors in any form — including oral communication, written communication, online platforms, social media, or other public forums.
- I acknowledge that any act of defamation, as defined under Section 499 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), made with the intention of damaging the reputation of the clinic or its doctors, may invite appropriate legal action, including a defamation suit.
- Genuine grievances, feedback, or complaints may always be shared directly with the clinic management for resolution, but spreading unverified or false allegations that harm the clinic’s reputation is strictly prohibited.
17. Crown Warranty Policy
we use high-quality dental materials and advanced techniques to provide durable crowns. However, like any dental treatment, the lifespan of a crown depends on proper care and oral hygiene.Warranty are given by the manufacturer of crowns not by ATS Dental Clinic.
Warranty Coverage
- Porcelain / Ceramic Crowns – Warranty up to 5 years 15 years
- Zirconia Crowns – Warranty up to 5 years to 30 years
- Metal-Ceramic Crowns (PFM) – Warranty up to 3 years to 10 years
Warranty Includes
- Replacement of crown due to material failure, fracture, or loss of bond (not caused by negligence).
- Free adjustment in case of bite issues or discomfort (within 6 months of placement).
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by trauma, accidents, or injury.
- Neglect of oral hygiene, gum disease, or untreated cavities.
- Failure due to teeth grinding (bruxism) if night guard not used (when recommended).
- Crown loss or fracture due to chewing hard objects (ice, pens, hard nuts, etc.).
- Natural changes in surrounding teeth, gums, or bone structure over time.
- Failure caused by treatment refusal (e.g., root canal, gum therapy, or additional dental work advised by the dentist).
Patient Responsibilities
- Maintain good oral hygiene (brushing twice daily, flossing, and rinsing).
- Attend regular dental checkups every 6 months at ATS Dental Clinic.
- Follow the dentist’s advice for aftercare and preventive measures.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Patients must present original treatment records and invoices from ATS Dental Clinic.
- Warranty is valid only if all follow-up visits are maintained as advised by the dentist.
- Replacement will be made at no extra cost for the crown, but professional charges (if any) may apply.
- Warranty claims only made through Us not directly with manufacturer or through other clinics.
